Get Connected...

There are events that happen around the country for kids/youth/families with MS. If you know of a fun one that is not posted here, please let us know so we can share it!

Buddy Bash

Oscar's Buddy Bash is an opportunity for families with kids (under 25) with a MS diagnosis. Join us for a weekend of family fun as we gather together to share, learn, make connections, play, rest, eat and continue to build our MS community.
Build relationships with other families and find common connections in spite of this uncommon disease.

The weekend includes:
-Education talks led by MS professionals
-Breakout sessions with age-appropriate activities
-Sibling time to share their story
-Sledding/Tubing in the snow!
-Relationship building activities
-Time to connect with friends

Located at Camp Eden Wood in Eden Prarie, Minnesota.

Oscar's Teen MS Camp

Join teens from all over the country as they gather to play, share, and grow!

Lifelong friendships are the greatest souvenir from camp!

Teens 13-18, join Oscar and his friends this summer, July 30th - August 4th, 2019 at the University of Wisconsin River Falls campus (near St. Paul, MN). See familiar buddies from other previous camps, meet new buddies and create life long friendships as we grow and learn together how to beat MS. Teens and adults form extra special bonds as they never have to explain their illness to others - they can just have fun playing, building relationships and learning together.

Oscar's Teen MS camper application is due before June 15, 2019.

Oscar's Teen MS mentor application is due before June 15, 2019.

Typically, those with MS prefer to stay out of the heat. Emily and Oscar look for fun activities to do that allow them to get exercise, enjoy the outdoors, and stay cool! Please send us links to your ideas for your part of the country/world!

The Mall of America
in Bloomington, MN offers an indoor amusement park - as well as a mall full of stores/restaurants for every interest!

Minnesota Zoo in Apple Valley, MN has a large indoor tropics area as well has a wonderful shaded trek for seeing animals and plant life.

St. Louis City Museum is a remarkable museum for the whole family! The Arch is not the only attraction in town! Adults, bring your knee pads for climbing through the basement tunnels with the kids - you don’t want to miss the fun!
