Typically, those with MS prefer to stay out of the heat. Emily and Oscar look for fun activities to do that allow them to: get exercise, enjoy the outdoors, and stay cool! Please send us links to your ideas for your part of the country/world!

The Mall of America in Bloomington, MN offers an indoor amusement park - as well as a mall full of stores/restaurants for every interest!

Minnesota Zoo in Apple Valley, MN has a large indoor tropics area as well has a wonderful shaded trek for seeing animals and plant life.

St. Louis City Museum is a remarkable museum for the whole family! The Arch is not the only attraction in town! Adults, bring your knee pads for climbing through the basement tunnels with the kids - you don’t want to miss the fun!
